In an effort to assist Android users with Inbox by Gmail syncing, today the Inbox team began providing users with a popup reminder to assist them with turning on the Sync setting. This notification will only be shown to users if they have sync turned OFF on their device AND they have notifications turned ON in the Inbox app settings.This notification will continue to display whenever users fall into the above scenario.
Hopefully this will assist users that are having sync issues with Inbox on their Android device. It will not necessarily resolve all sync issues, but it is definitely a step in the right direction.
